Step 2: Sign Your Agreement & Complete Onboarding

All agents sign an Independent Contractor Agreement to ensure clarity and confidentiality. This protects both you and Flexoria.

Arise will prompt you to:

  • Complete short assessments and your profile

  • Authorize the background check

  • Review any additional enrollment steps required for your chosen client program

No résumé required. If you’re ready to work from home on the Arise® Platform, follow the steps below and join Flexoria.

How to Sign Up on the Arise Portal (Step-by-Step)

  1. Create your Arise account
    Go to the Arise registration portal and create your profile.

  2. Choose “Join an existing business”
    In the registration dashboard, select Join an Existing Affiliated Corporation (a.k.a. join a call center).

  3. Search for Flexoria & send request

    • Enter Service Partner ID 1217188 (you can also search by FEI 394066926 if available.

    • Submit your request to join Flexoria Staffing Agency LLC.

    • Once approved on Arise, you will receive the Independent Contractor agreement via email for signature which is required to be signed to completed onboarding through Flexoria.

    • You will receive all important information directly by email, including:

      • Service revenue details (PDFs, pay schedules, updates)

      • Real-time announcements (urgent updates, reminders, scheduling alerts)

      • Onboarding steps, login instructions, and expectations

      • Training guides, policies, and resources

      ✨ We’ll also be launching a private community space to make communication and support even easier.

  4. Complete Arise onboarding requirements
    Arise will prompt you to:

    • Complete short assessments and your profile

    • Authorize the background check

    • Review any additional enrollment steps required for your chosen client program

  5. Select a client program & enroll in certification
    Pick the client that fits your schedule, enroll in certification, then start servicing once you pass. (Once you enroll in certification, you will receive an email to submit your direct deposit.

  6. Get paid on the 1st and the 15th
    We pay you twice a month and deduct our low admin fee from each pay period which covers Arise platform fee -no hidden costs.

    Flexoria Staffing Agency offers access to Arise work-from-home opportunities with one of the lowest admin fees in the industry. We keep costs affordable so our agents take home more of their paycheck.

Switching from Another Service Partner?

  • If you’re currently contracted under a different IBO/Service Partner, you must follow their contract’s termination steps and be released/removed before joining Flexoria.

  • If you previously registered as a Sole Proprietor in the portal, you may need to terminate that agreement in Documents/Master Agreement before you can join a call center; we recommend waiting 12 hours after termination before sending the join request.

Quick FAQs

Do I need a résumé or interview?
No résumé required. Your Arise profile and assessments are the main requirements.

Who do I pay for training?
Client certification fees (if any) are paid within the Arise portal. Amounts vary by client. Many clients offer paid training.

How do I get paid?
Direct deposit from Flexoria twice a month on the 1st & 15th. We deduct a low biweekly admin fee (one of the lowest in the industry).

Is this employment?
No. You’ll be an independent contractor (agent) under Flexoria, working on the Arise Platform.
